Call HVAC Newman Lake About Your Heating and Cooling
We are reached by phone only, and good advice begins with an actual conversation. Describe what your system is doing, and we will tell you what it probably means and what the next step is.
What happens when you call
We start by listening. You describe the noise, the smell or the room that never warms up, and we ask a few plain questions to narrow it down. If it sounds like something simple, such as a clogged filter or a tripped breaker, we tell you. If it needs a visit, we set a time that works for you, and the technician arrives already knowing what you told us.
Before any work begins, you get a written quote, so you can weigh repair against replacement using real figures. The diagnostic fee is applied to the repair, and estimates for installations and replacements are free. We can also walk you through Avista rebates and federal tax credits on heat pumps. If the heat stops on a January night, a person picks up at any hour, with no emergency or after-hours fees.

- A short description of what changed, such as a new noise, a burning smell, the system turning on and off quickly, or a blank thermostat screen.
